The following design document are short overviews of the course I have created. They represent the first step in developing a learning solution to the business's problem. It helps communicate the course content and general structure to my stakeholders before we move on to the Storyboards, which are the next stage in the design process.
This design document was developed to guide the creation of an e-learning course in Articulate Storyline, designed to enhance employees' ability to confidently recommend tequila based on customer preferences. It outlines key components of the training, including learning objectives, instructional strategies, and assessment methods. The document details how the course addresses knowledge gaps in tequila product offerings, tasting techniques, and customer engagement.
It also includes the training plan, module structure, and evaluation methods, such as customer satisfaction surveys, employee confidence assessments, and sales performance tracking, with a goal of increasing positive customer feedback by 80%. The finalized course will be published as a SCORM file for implementation within Corazon’s learning management system (LMS), with assets created or imported from Canva.
